Time is the most valuable possession of man. Human life consists of small units of time. The meaning of punctuality is to do something at the fixed or appointed time. Very few people observe punctuality. Such people waste their own time as well as the time of other. Many students are in the habit of reaching late at school. These students disturb the class. Many office-goers reach their offices late and the public suffers their work at office. In Pakistan, many people are very careless about punctuality. But in the western countries, people know the worth of punctuality. Once churchill’s secretary reached his office late by five minutes. On being asked, he said that his watch was perhaps, slow. At this Churchill remarked “Either you change your watch or I shall have to change my secretary.”
