A RAINY DAY :P :)

The rainy season comes after the scorching heat of summer and provides great relief to the people. It was the hottest day of the summer season. The temperature was 45C and people were sweating. It was too hot to go out. Everyone was praying to the God of rain to show mercy. The sun was shining brightly and there was no hope of rain. Suddenly clouds appeared and in a short while the sky was full of dark clouds .Its started drizzling and soon the drizzle turned into heavy rain. It rained for six hours without stop. There was water all around. Streets were overflowing with water. Children become very happy. They made paper boats and floated them in the rain water. There was a great joy and relief on the faces of all. Some children started bathing in the rain water. People were seen walking with umbrellas over their heads. When the rain stopped the sky became clear and a beautiful rainbow appeared. The weather became very fine and the dust was washed off from the houses, trees and everything else. The rain brought relief from the scorching heat. The God of rain had answered our prayers
