Here’s
how you can try to gain more height! Try the cobra pose; Lie down flat on the
floor with your chest facing down. Keeping your upper body still, lift your
upper body and try to stretch as much as possible (like a cobra). Hold for
15-20 seconds. This is very powerful exercise to stretch upper body. Skipping
and basketball are two other popular exercise to gain height.
