EAT PLENTY OF FISH :)


Fish is the recommended diet for a longer healthier life. Studies have found that those who regularly eat fish are up to one-third less likely to get heart diseases than those who eat it less than once a month. According to studies, fish can help to ease depression as well. Again, it’s down to omega-3 fatty acids, which are believed to raise levels of the brain chemical serotonin. People who eat a lot of fish or take fish oil as a supplement have low rates of inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis.
