SLEEP SMARTER :)

Too much sleep, or not enough of it, can be harmful for your health. A British study found that getting more than nine hours of sack time a night, or less than six, doubles your risk of an early death from any cause. Aim for seven to eight hours a night. Sleeping for sufficient hours improves memory, sharpens attention, and curbs inflammation which is linked to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis and premature aging. Research also indicates that people who get less sleep (six or fewer hours a night ) have higher blood  levels of inflammatory proteins than those who get more.
