An Hour Before the Examination

Every student is in the grip of confusion during the hour before the examination. There may be a few exceptions but it is true that very few students are at peace with themselves an hour before the examination. Most of the students experience fear and anxiety. They have the feeling that they know nothing about the answers to many questions. They try to make quick revisions but their memory plays tricks with them. Nothing seems to enter their brains. They are panicky and consult other students. The result is that they get confused all the more. You can well imagine the fate of those who have prepared only a few selective questions. Their mind is a battleground of fear and anxiety. This ordeal is over only when they enter the examination hall. Some of them may not fare well in the examination but at least they are through the nerve-breaking and tiring hour.
